Couples Therapy
In couples therapy, I provide a tailored, integrative approach in either 60 or 90-minute sessions to help partners strengthen their connection and address challenges together. Understanding the unique "dance" of each relationship, we work to build bridges of empathy and communication through a blend of relational and psychodynamic exploration, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and practical strategies.
